The title is very bold and immature however it looks interesting and not too serious, pulling in its targeted audience.

The mode of address of the centre image is indirect, showing that the image/athlete is busy or currently under pressure, engaged in the sport giving the reader a sense of excitement.
The smaller image of Michael Jordan is also indirect however also showing that he is otherwise occupied or uninterested in the camera.
These elements have been used to create a sense of shared experience by targeting a specific audience of college aged people, generally male as it is a sports magazine therefore so it is able to contact a shared group of people giving that group the shared experience and interest in this magazine.
